Mission

To promote and expand the rural economy by providing the people with means to increase their income and purchasing power through a stimulation of capital for productive activities. The bank will serve as the financial agency that will provide assurance of their money savings and at the same time provide the community with liberal lending policy that will discourage informal credit lenders from undermining the strength and enthusiasm of small entrepreneurs.

Vision

Meeting the normal credit needs of small farmers, fishermen or farm families as well as small merchants and small industries in the rural areas to accelerate production for a sound economy and progressive country as a whole.
