The BINHI Loan Program is a product for microenterprises of the Rural Bank of Dulag (Leyte), Inc. (RBDI). It aims to make available affordable credit to microenterprises in order to help them expand their present business activities and increase their income. Specifically, BINHI Loan Program aims to help micro entrepreneurs develop their asset bases by providing a convenient and attractive deposit scheme and to maintain good relationship and a high quality service to clients.
